Salary: 25,000 - 29,000 per annum

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with lesson planning and delivery
• Work with students in small groups and on a one-to-one basis to boost progress
• Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide tailored support for students with additional needs
• Help with classroom organisation and administrative tasks
• Get involved in school events, clubs, and extracurricular activities

Graduate Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

• A degree in a core subject (English, Maths, Science, Humanities or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine enthusiasm for education and working with young people
• Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
• Commitment to supporting student progress and development
