We are seeking a confident and adaptable individual with a good understanding of the
KS3 and KS4 curriculum
and experience supporting students across a range of subjects. The ideal candidate will be
proactive, enthusiastic, and able to build strong relationships
with both students and staff to ensure effective learning and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Support small groups and 1:1 learning in line with the school's curriculum and learning objectives
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects
Provide targeted intervention and academic support to students who need additional help
Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to teaching staff as required
Promote positive behaviour, motivation, and engagement in the classroom
Help create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
About You
HLTA or experienced TA with solid secondary school experience
Confident supporting KS3 and KS4 students across core and foundation subjects
Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
Committed to supporting the academic and personal development of young people
Available from
5th November
for a
six-week placement
