Summary

We are seeking a Tutor to join our team in the United Kingdom. Based in the UK, this role plays a vital part in helping students achieve their academic goals by offering specialized support tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to each student's unique learning requirements. Develop personalized lesson plans that align with students' educational goals. Support students with special educational needs by implementing effective teaching strategies. Communicate progress and challenges clearly with parents and guardians. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. Collaborate with other educators and specialists to enhance student support. Maintain accurate records of student progress and session outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, especially with children. Knowledge of special education practices and strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Passion for supporting learners with diverse educational requirements. Prior experience working with children in educational settings is highly desirable. Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or special education are a plus.
