Role: Art teacher

Location: Doncaster

Pay: Paid to Scale equivalent per day

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Art teacher to join our client school\'s teaching team at a secondary school in Doncaster. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching Art and a commitment to ensuring students of all abilities reach their full potential. Reed Education are working with a secondary school in Doncaster as they look to recruit a candidate that has experience teaching Art.The successful candidate will join the school\'s teaching team on a long-term basis.

The school is situated in the DN4 area of Doncaster and are a part of a large National Education Trust with 26 Academy schools. Responsibilities:

• Teach Art to KS3 and KS4 students of varying abilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• Assess, record and report on the progress of students
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to the development of the Art department

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Previous experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Art curriculum
• Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential
• Current Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service
