Job Advert: Qualified Secondary School English Teacher in Swindon Position: Qualified Secondary School English Teacher Location: Swindon Area Working Hours: 8:20 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday Contract Type: Contracted Pay Rate: \xc2\xa3145-\xc2\xa3200 per day, dependant on pay scale Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation? We are seeking a qualified Secondary School English Teacher to join our dynamic team located in the picturesque Swindon area. Role and Responsibilities: As a Secondary School English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to students. Your role will involve: Planning and delivering well-structured lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities. Creating an inclusive and positive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for the subject. Marking and providing constructive feedback on student assignments, essays, and assessments. Attending parent-teacher meetings and engaging in open communication with parents/guardians about students progress. Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum and school programs. Upholding the school\'s values and policies while fostering a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.Qualifications and Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience as a Secondary School English Teacher is highly desirable. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English literature and language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
