Job Role: Science Technician As a Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the science department. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment and materials for practical science lessons.
• Assisting teachers during laboratory sessions, ensuring all experiments are conducted safely and effectively.
• Managing the inventory of science supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Demonstrating and enforcing health and safety protocols within the science department.
• Supporting students with their practical work, helping to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Collaborating with the science faculty to develop innovative and engaging practical lessons.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in relevant subjects (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics).
