Day rate for Secondary school Teachers will be determined by the specific role, such as day-to-day assignments or extended coverage. In the case of longer commitments, there\'s potential for payment on a scale basis. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and innovative specific subject lessons to students in year 7 11. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to varying learning styles and abilities. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes active participation and critical thinking. Assess and provide constructive feedback on students\' progress and assignments. Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum and share best teaching practices. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communication to keep parents informed about students\' progress.
