Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to join our team and provide academic support to students in science at our tutoring center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging tutoring sessions, assessing students' educational needs, and developing personalized lesson plans to enhance their learning experience.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in science.
- Evaluate students' academic requirements and create tailored lesson plans to address those needs effectively.
- Assist students in improving study skills and implementing successful learning strategies.
- Monitor student progress closely and offer constructive feedback to parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students' academic success.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and deepen their understanding of the subject matter.

Experience:
- Strong educational background in science with the ability to convey knowledge effectively.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational environment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents and colleagues.
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies to support student learning and achievement.
- Understanding of special education principles and strategies for diverse learning needs.
