Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects and year groups Maintain classroom discipline and follow school behaviour policies Support pupils' learning and engagement in the classroom Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding pupil progress and lesson outcomes Adapt quickly to new school environments and year groups Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all pupils at all times
Work days are usually between 8-3, with a break and lunch!!
Requirements
QTS or PGCE preferred but not essential
DBS Required
(or willing to do one) Classroom or teaching experience (formal or informal) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in managing behaviour and leading a classroom Professional, reliable, and flexibleWhat We Offer
