in the Swindon area. We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable teachers to work across a range of
Secondary schools
, supporting students to achieve their full potential.
The Role:
Teaching and supporting learners in KS3 and KS4 with ALN and SEN needs.
Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet individual learning plans.
Working closely with SENCOs, support staff and external agencies.
Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs to build confidence and resilience.
Requirements:
QTS or QTLS (Qualified Teacher Status) - ECTs are welcome to apply.
Experience supporting students with ALN/SEN in a secondary school setting.
Strong behaviour management and classroom engagement skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
