Secondary Works Operative
Job Description
Due to growth the business is looking to recruit Secondary Works Operatives to assist in achieving production timelines.
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person to join our team, take on a new challenge, build on their current experience and develop themselves in this new role as the company grows.
The role is 40 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 17.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 12.00pm
The role will include but not be limited to:
Following written and verbal instructions accurately
Utilising hand and power tools to cut, drill and weld plastic products for production assembly
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Preparing goods for despatch
Monitoring workflow and coordinating tasks to ensure production timelines are achieved
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
The ideal candidate will have -
An understanding of Health and Safety
Attention to detail and a proactive team mindset
Self-motivation, great time management and excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
