The Opportunity



This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and professional individual looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

You will work closely with experienced lawyers providing essential support on a varied caseload to :

Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the team.

Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls or client appointments.

Liaise professionally with clients and external parties.

Maintain and update client files and records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Handle incoming correspondence, calls, and emails, responding or redirecting as appropriate.

Assist with billing and file opening/closing procedures.

Manage electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is up to date and easily accessible.

Undertake administrative tasks to support transaction deadlines and project milestones.

Maintain confidentiality and data protection compliance at all times.

Candidate Requirements



We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:

Experience as a legal or commercial property secretary. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and case management. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Discreet and professional approach with a high level of integrity. Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills. A strong collaborative work ethic.
