Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday, Manager can be flexible on start and finish times between 7.00am - 6.00pm (This is a hybrid role, candidates can work remotely some days and the rest in the office)

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension
What you'll be responsible for:
Provide secretarial support to Associate Directors within the HR department
Managing the directors complex calendars - strong attention to detail and efficiency required as the diaries are extremely busy
Minute Taking of recorded meetings (meeting presence is not required) Typing of documents will be completed after meetings have been held, ensuring all documentation is produced to a high standard
Ensure all information is secure and confidentiality of information is maintained at all times.
Effective communication, handling correspondence, liaising with Multidisciplinary teams, and managing telephone and email communications
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
Excellent computer and IT skills to enable the production or reports and
spread sheets
Competent and able to hit the ground running
Some secretarial experience e.g. medical secretary / legal secretary
Flexible when asked to work certain days in the office - the rest can be worked remotely
Competent with Microsoft office programmes
