The Role:
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic secretary to join our established Family Team in Stockton. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting our fee earners by:

• Preparing legal documents
• Gathering initial client instructions and enquiries
• Collating court bundles
• Supporting with admin tasks

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide regular Reception cover when needed and take part in other adhoc admin duties.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualities:

• Prioritisation and Resilience: Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, excel under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
• Communication and IT Proficiency: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient IT skills.

• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
• Versatility: Willingness to tackle a variety of tasks and the flexibility to occasionally work outside of core hours when absolutely necessary.
