Reception/bookkeeper
Bill Stephen Motors Ltd is looking for a bookkeeper who is used to working with Sage software. We can offer a degree of flexibility with working hours for the right candidate. Salary dependent on experience and skillset. Duties vary day to day but will include:-
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Maintaining employee and vehicle records
General office admin
Accounting duties including Payroll, invoicing, taking payments in person and over the phone and credit control
What skills/ experience are we looking for:-
A friendly and professional manner which reflects our business ethos
Experience in a customer-facing role
Proficient in using Sage Accounting software
A motivated individual who can share ideas and offer a fresh perspective on working practices
