Randstad CPE are currently recruiting for a Section Engineer to join a major project in South-East London you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing critical aspects of our projects.

Location : South-East London

Type of Position : Permanent

Salary: \xc2\xa365,000 - \xc2\xa370,000

Essential : Highways and Drainage Experience is a must have !

Your responsibilities will include:

Project Planning and Execution: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, including resource allocation, time lines, and budgets. Overseeing the successful execution of projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Engineering Design and Analysis: Providing engineering expertise in the design and analysis of communication infrastructure. Conducting feasibility studies, performing technical calculations, and developing innovative solutions to meet project objectives.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements. Implementing rigorous quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and maintaining documentation to guarantee the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Team Leadership and Coordination: Leading and motivating a team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and resolve any challenges that arise.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimisation, cost efficiency, and technological advancements. Implementing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative strategies to continuously improve project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in engineering design, analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
