Great opportunity to work as a Section Leader for one of the largest providers of fresh flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK.

Staffline is recruiting Section Leader to work in Chatteris.

Own vehicle is required due to location.

The rates of pay are:
Days - \xc2\xa312.27 per hour, overtime is available paid at \xc2\xa315.34 per hour.

You will be required to work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern with additional overtime days offered but not expected.

The shifts for Section Leader are:
- Days, 7am to 7pm

Please note, that this is subject to change to cover and meet business requirements.

Your Time at Work

As a Section Leader your duties include but will not be limited to:

-Drive production lines to fulfil daily customer orders in the most effective way, whilst meeting their specifications.

-Motivate and develop team.

-Liaise with quality and technical departments to make sure all customers quality specification are met and maintained.

-Working to high standards and in the most cost-effective manner, you will act as a role model for your team and ensure they are quality and customer focused."

Our Perfect Worker

To be considered as the Section Leader, you will need:

Previous supervisory experience and management of a team and previous experience within a fresh produce, production or Packhouse. To be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Experience in a similar role required.
