A little bit about the role...

We are recruiting for

Section Leader

to join our early shift (6am - 3pm), your role will be split between working on the production line and managing a team of multi-skilled operatives and KPIs in your designated section to support the wider manufacturing delivery programme



We manufacture and assemble a range of products from vanity units, to steel frame Building Panels. These products are supplied to the construction industry. Our workstations will involve various duties from window installation, assembly of components through to finishing aisles.



The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:


Responsible for leading a team of MSO's to deliver the build/assembly of products within designated section. Ensuring all business critical KPIs are recorded and reported within the section Effective labour plan within the section to ensure business KPIs are met Manufacture and assembly to time critical production schedules Carry out thorough quality inspections and/or testing as required at relevant work stations and that all work stations are carrying this through Effective monitoring, organisation of stock levels within the section Carry out work in a safe and timely manner with a range of instruments and tools provided Provide timely updates and reports on works, issues and progress Adherence to the Company RAMS Effective contribution to team tasks - working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a team
