Monday to Friday 05:30 - 14:30

(Early 13:30 finish on Tuesday) The rate of pay is:

13.91 per hour

Main Responsibilities:

As a Section Leader in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:

Supervision of the people and processes within a section of the department to ensure health & safety, food safety and supply volumes are met at all times within the expected parameters. Planning of labour and production Ensuring adherence to strict health, safety and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers. Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required

Ideal Candidate:

As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:

An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectively across your team, between departments and at all levels of management The ability to motivate others Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused The ability to work in a fast paced environment An adaptable approach Highly organised

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
