Your Role:

Serve food & drinks to theatre-goers and restaurant guest before shows and guests just coming in for a meal.

Support front of house team members in your section Ensure prompt, friendly, and efficient service Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Coordinate with the kitchen and management team for seamless service Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards Train and motivate new and existing team members

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality for section leaders leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving Passion for customer service and high standard

Front of House team

- experience preferred but not essential - training provided!
A friendly, energetic personality
Ability to work busy show nights
A passion for hospitality & theatre

Pay: 12.41-14.41 per hour
