Overview

We are seeking 2 dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Salary

12.21 per hour plus tips, in our restaurant is a 10% service charge so you can always expect a good amount of tips.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food preparation as needed in the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen space. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes. Process payments accurately using basic math skills for transactions. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Skills

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting of 2 years is needed. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
