Responsibilties

Provide a visible and professional security presence across the whole site. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and antisocial behaviour. Respond promptly to security alerts and incidents. Assist retail and management teams in handling customer incidents in a calm and professional manner. Record incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately in security logs. Review CCTV and investigate possible theft, vandalism and antisocial behaviour as and when required. Liaise with local police and emergency services where necessary. Ensure compliance with company security procedures, policies, and health & safety standards.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a retail or public-facing security role preferred. Valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license required. Strong communication, observation, and conflict management skills. Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure * Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
