We're thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Secured Loan Packager to join our growing team at Loans Warehouse. This role is perfect opportunity for a Paraplanner or Mortgage Administrator looking to progress into a more senior hand on position or an existing secured loan packager progress to one of the most respected brands in the specialist finance.

The Basics:



Secured Loan Packager - Office based 27k-31k Depending on background, plus regular bonus opportunities
Mon - Fri 9am-5pm
The highest salary is reserved for those with secured loan packaging experience

What You'll Be Doing:



As a

Secured Loan Packager

, you will play a vital role in progressing secured loan applications from submission through to completion.

Managing Case Progression:

Overseeing the full loan packaging process, ensuring each case meets lender criteria and progresses smoothly.

Underwriting & Packaging:

Preparing and reviewing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with individual lender requirements.

Liaison & Communication:

Acting as the main point of contact between advisers, clients, and lenders--ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Delegation & Oversight:

Coordinating with third parties, assigning tasks, and maintaining accountability to ensure timely completions.

Relationship Building:

Cultivating and maintaining strong professional relationships with Second Charge lenders and internal stakeholders.

Ongoing Development:

Staying up to date with industry changes and best practices through regular training sessions and in-house expertise.

The Skills & Requirements:



We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have:

Prior background as a

Paraplanner

,

Mortgage Administrator

,

Second Charges

or similar role within financial services. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail. A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for delivering excellent service to clients and partners.

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
