Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and alert CCTV Control Room Operator to join our security team on a 4 on 4 off (12hr)shift pattern covering both days and nights. This is a key role focused on maintaining the safety and security of the site through active monitoring and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV systems to ensure site safety and identify suspicious activity
Work closely with the wider security team and control room staff
Respond promptly to incidents and escalate as necessary
Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
Be willing to assist on the main floor with the security team when requested by the line manager
Maintain high levels of awareness and vigilance at all times
Requirements:
Valid CCTV SIA Licence
Prior experience working in a CCTV control room environment
Strong observation and communication skills
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Willingness to support the security team beyond the control room when needed
