So, here's what's important:



For an immediate commencement, on an awarded contract within a policing or law enforcement agency.

Discovery work started from 17th November 2025, and we need your help to run the PMO!

Working on a hybrid basis with on-site (London/Birmingham) visits as per Client instruction (circa 2 days a week).

Contract is expected to run for 6 months, with an option to extend for a 3-month period.

Integrated Systems Consultancy to review the migration of a policing/legal agency's migration of their back-office support applications (HR, Payroll, Finance) from legacy on-premises infrastructure onto cloud-based platforms.

Preference will be given to past candidates, who have ACTIVE NPPV3 or SC Clearance vetting already in place.



Expected Day Rate:

400.00-450.00 (max) per day (outside IR35)

Engagement key details:



Commencement Date: ASAP Current End Date: 17 May 2026 Potential Extension Period: 3 months (until 17 August 2026) Location: Hybrid/remote working basis, with limited travel to BTP offices (London/Birmingham) as required by the Client (circa 2 days a week).

Mandatory requirements: Active NPPV3 or SC vetting in place for access to BTP systems.



Specific PMO Deliverables you will need to supply:



Weekly PMO Meeting Weekly Status Report RAID Log Change Request Log Decision Log Requirements Matrix Fit-Gap Matrix Project Completion Report and Certificate, Conclusions and Lessons Learnt

Assist Senior Systems Consultants to document the following:



Interim Assessment Report:

Captures Discovery outputs, early insights, risks, and preliminary recommendations.

Fit-Gap Matrix:

All requirements logged, categorised, and validated; gaps defined with evidence.

API Assessment:

Includes maturity scoring, security assessment, gap analysis, and future roadmap.

Data Lake Feasibility:

Includes architecture options, data flows, readiness indicators, and risk assessment.

Final Assessment Report:

Consolidated findings, prioritised recommendations, and clear future-state roadmap.
