Job Title: Security Commissioning Engineer
Location: UK-Based - Must be open to national travel and overnight stays
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 DOE

The Role: Security Commissioning Engineer
As a Security Commissioning Engineer, you'll be the final piece of the puzzle - ensuring systems are fully operational, compliant, and ready for handover on complex, enterprise-level Utility projects across the UK.
This role isn't just about turning systems on - it's about ensuring performance, quality, and reliability on mission-critical sites. You'll work closely with clients, troubleshoot complex systems, and represent the company with pride and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

• Commission and occasionally install CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems across major utility and infrastructure sites.
• Configure and test systems with a focus on Gallagher, Galaxy, and Axis platforms.
• Identify and resolve issues during the commissioning phase to ensure smooth handover.
• Provide technical support and guidance to both internal teams and clients.
• Build strong client relationships while ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience commissioning enterprise-level security systems.
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
• Familiarity with Gallagher and other top-tier systems is a strong advantage.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Confident communication and a customer-first mindset.
