Job Summary
As a Security Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises while providing exceptional service to all visitors and employees. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment.
This role is Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm, the site is closed on bank holidays
A SIA licence is essential for this role
What you'll do
Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized activities and ensure safety compliance. Utilize CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems to observe and document any suspicious behavior or incidents. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary. Provide assistance in conflict management situations, using effective communication skills to de-escalate tensions. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor interactions for accurate record-keeping.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
