We are seeking a dedicated Security Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. The Concierge will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises while enhancing the overall guest experience.

Hours for this role is:
Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm - 20 hours per week
Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experiences.
Monitor premises through surveillance systems, ensuring safety and security protocols are adhered to.
Conduct regular patrols of the property to prevent loss and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of incidents or unusual activities within the premises.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
Administer first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
