We are seeking a professional and attentive Security Concierge operative to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting tenants, monitoring the environment, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This is a night time role on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern.
Responsibilities
Greet tenants and guests , ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
Monitor the site for safety and security
React to problems by following an escalation process
Respond promptly to emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and visitor logs.
Liaise with other security personnel and management to coordinate safety measures.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanour.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations discreetly. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attentiveness, professionalism, and proactive security measures are highly valued.
SIA License is essential - all employees undergo BS7858 Screening.
