Are you a seasoned contracts professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Senseco is seeking a Security Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual delivery of our security system projects and service contracts. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of compliance, profitability, and client satisfaction.


You'll work closely with the Head of Security and Operations Manager to shape contract strategy, drive performance, and support our continued growth in the fire and security industry.

What you will be doing




Lead the negotiation, execution, and oversight of security system and service contracts.

Ensure contracts are commercially sound, legally compliant, and aligned with client expectations. Monitor contract performance and produce monthly reports on financials and compliance. Manage smooth handovers from sales to delivery, ensuring clarity of scope and pricing. Ensure adherence to legislation, industry standards (e.g. SIA, BS EN), and internal policies. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align contract strategy with operational delivery. Mentor project and service teams on contractual best practices and commercial awareness. Analyse profitability and support pricing strategies, bid reviews, and post-project evaluations.

Who we are looking for




Were looking for a confident and commercially astute leader with:

Minimum 5 years experience in a senior contracts or commercial management role within the security systems or fire & security industry. Strong grasp of commercial terms, legal frameworks, and risk management. Proven negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with compliance standards such as SIA, BS7858, and GDPR. Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in contract management software and reporting tools. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
