About the Role

Our security practice is rapidly growing and need up and coming talent and experts in security assessments at a senior level who specialise in the creation of a security strategy, taking our clients on a journey to enable mature practices while driving vulnerability detection and remediation processes through penetration testing.

The work varies, often crosses multiple domains, is customer facing, and has short communication lines. We expect our employees to be flexible and willing to lend a hand, sometimes there are opportunities to travel and do short engagements at other locations. Many engagements allow you to work some or most of your time from home.

We want to make a difference in the UK & global markets, clients love us because we are pragmatic, flexible and we know our stuff. We are genuinely interested in helping our clients become more secure. We are not a \'tick the box\' organisation. Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:

For the people that don\'t like stories and prefer to read lists - what we\'re looking for is:

  • You can\'t stop talking about security (or the lack of)
  • You have a hacker mindset and love to think creatively
  • You have a strong understanding of vulnerabilities, common attack vectors and how to resolve them.
  • You have significant penetration testing experience and offensive capabilities in numerous core competency areas primarily in applications, but also networks, infrastructure (cloud and on-prem)
  • You have high level of competency with various programming languages, tools, standards, frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to business owners as well as very technical people
  • Ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment with varying complexities and priorities
  • Know when it is right to ask for help/support and are willing to go the extra mile to help and support other team members
  • Experience with SAST and DAST technologies, like Micro Focus Fortify, Checkmarx, Sonarqube, AppScan, etc are helpful to have but not mandatory
  • We\'d also be excited to hear if you have one/more of the following certs - CEH, CISA, CISSP, OSCP, eCPPT, OSWE, GCPN, eWPT, or similar Mandatory Skills & Experience:

Salary - Up to \xc2\xa370,000.00 per annum
