Security Guard
We are looking for a dependable and professional Security Guard to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment within a public-access setting. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and takes pride in protecting people and property.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a highly visible security presence to promote safety and discourage unacceptable behavior Manage and de-escalate situations involving uncooperative individuals, trespassers, or persons in distress Respond promptly and effectively to potential risks affecting the public, staff, or property Monitor the premises and accurately report incidents in line with established procedures Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistently safe environment
Requirements
Physically fit and able to respond appropriately in demanding or high-pressure situations Strong verbal communication skills with a good command of spoken English Demonstrated ability in conflict management and de-escalation People-focused approach with the ability to engage respectfully with individuals from all backgrounds Ability to remain calm, alert, and professional at all times

Pay: 13.00 per hour
