Responsibilities
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address any suspicious activity or safety hazards.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and property damage.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents as they arise.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
Support management in ensuring a secure and professional environment for staff and visitors.
Experience and Skills
Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred, though not essential.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment is advantageous.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and possession of a valid first aid certificate are highly desirable.
Strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a professional approach to conflict resolution.
