Relief Security Officer

Are you a dedicated and reliable individual with a passion for ensuring safety and security? We are currently seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Relief Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment across various locations. This position involves working a mixture of days and nights, offering flexible hours and an opportunity to make a difference. Applicants must have a Full UK Driving Licence and their own transport due to site locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mobile patrols, foot patrols, and gatehouse duties as assigned. Utilize your excellent telephone and computer skills to perform necessary security tasks. Maintain accurate records by completing Daily Occurrence Books and timely reporting. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Adhere to all security procedures and protocols to safeguard assets and personnel.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a security-related role is preferred, although training will be provided. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Flexibility to work a combination of day and night shifts. Basic computer skills to handle digital security systems and complete necessary reports. A responsible and trustworthy attitude with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Must possess a valid SIA Licence either; Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Valid UK Driving Licence & Transport

Please note this position involves a lot of walking due to the role.
