Gent Security Management

is looking for reliable, friendly, and professional individuals to join our Front of House Security Team at Kitty O'Shea's, a vibrant and busy bar located on Frederick Street, Edinburgh.

We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for both customers and staff.

About the Role:

As a front of house security host, you will be the first and last point of contact for all guests entering and exiting the venue. Your role is to offer a warm welcome, manage door entry, and ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable atmosphere inside the venue.

Kitty O'Shea's is a well loved local spot, bustling with students midweek and buzzing on weekends, so excellent people skills and a professional presence are essential..

Shifts:

Available 7 days a week

Friday

and

Saturday

night availability is essential to be considered for midweek shifts

Typical shift times:

Midweek: 21:00 / 22:00 - 03:00

Weekends: 18:00 / 20:00 - 03:00

Earlier starts may be required during busy periods

Uniform Requirements:

You must provide:

Dark navy chinos Smart black boots or brogues
(Strictly no trainers)

Friendly, approachable individuals with strong communication skills A customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent reliability, professionalism, and timekeeping A valid Door Supervisor Licence is essential
