The Role
We are seeking a Security Installation Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems (IP and analogue), access control, intruder alarms, and public address systems. Projects range from permanent installations to temporary setups for events and festivals. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work with new technologies including door automation and traffic barriers.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and PA systems
Installation of cabling infrastructure including copper and fibre
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive maintenance
Learn and apply new technologies such as door automation and traffic barriers
Participate in an on-call rota
Ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in security installations or related electrical/electronic systems
Understanding of IP networks and computer systems
Experience with traffic barriers and door automation (or willingness to learn)
Full UK driving licence
Eligible for security vetting (we will arrange this)
Proactive problem-solving skills and pride in your work
