A UK-based recruitment agency focused on supporting clients within the security industry, HYR Solutions Ltd is seeking experienced Security Managers across Manchester and surrounding areas.

Typical environments may include:

Corporate & commercial sites

Facilities management contracts

Construction & infrastructure projects

Static and multi-site operations

Key Responsibilities (role-dependent)

Overseeing security operations and site performance

Managing, supervising, and supporting security teams

Ensuring SIA, H&S, and client compliance

Incident management and reporting

Liaising with clients and stakeholders

Staff rotas, audits, and performance monitoring

Candidate Requirements

Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervisor or Close Protection - role dependent)

Previous experience as a Security Manager / Supervisor

Strong leadership and communication skills

Right to work in the UK

Professional, organised, and reliable
