Join Our Team as a Security Officer!

The Shetland Bench Team will provide cover across two sites.



You will be responsible for providing support to these sites, you will keep a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism through adherence to directions from the security management team. You will provide a visible preventative security presence by providing access control, asset protection and area patrols as required whilst maintaining the security requirements of sites.

About the Role:

As a Security Officer you will be responsible for:


Maintain a polite, courteous, and friendly manner towards the public, the client, and colleagues. Make patrols and report in by means of radio or other devices. Prevent the admittance to the premises of unauthorised persons Report faults that may lead to property damage. Remain alert and vigilant to activity on the site to ensure risks are minimised through prompt action, end to end investigation and reporting.

What we are looking for:

Deliver excellent customer service. Basic IT Skills. Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary. Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability. Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
