Shift Pattern:

4 days on, 4 days off (1 week days and 1 week nights)

Hours:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( overtime available)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain access controls for all personnel and vehicles entering and exiting the site. Provide excellent customer service to all visitors, staff, and contractors. Conduct continuous CCTV surveillance to monitor site activity and identify potential security breaches. Perform regular site mobile patrols to ensure the integrity of the perimeter and premises. Respond promptly and effectively to on-site alarms and other security incidents. Liaise professionally with various stakeholders and clientele, managing their ingress and egress from the site. Complete vehicle patrols of site Build positive rapport with staff, visitors, and contractors. Strictly adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to a high standard. Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and the overall site at all times. Maintain a high level of vigilance and report any suspicious activities or incidents immediately.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, with the ability to build and maintain rapport with our client and their customers, having experience in a front facing customer service role would be a benefit


Holds a Security license or is willing to undertake training to obtain an sia license


Holds a full UK driving license
