Job Description

As a Security Officer at our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include patrolling the facility to monitor for suspicious activity, responding promptly to alarms or incidents, and enforcing security protocols at all times. You will be required to conduct regular inspections of entry and exit points, verify identification, and monitor surveillance systems to maintain a secure environment. Additionally, you will assist in managing access control, provide escort services as needed, and report any security breaches or hazards to the appropriate authorities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent observational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a security or law enforcement role is preferred, along with a valid security license or certification as required by local regulations. You should be physically fit, able to stand or walk for extended periods, and capable of responding quickly in emergency situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of individuals and need to de-escalate potential conflicts professionally. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
