Job Introduction

As a Security Officer at Sodexo, you'll play a key role in keeping our clients, employees, and assets safe and secure. You'll be professional, courteous, and vigilant, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Main Responsibilities

Carry out all security tasks as directed by the Security Supervisor Monitor and authorise access to buildings and facilities Patrol premises and report any suspicious activity Respond to incidents and emergencies effectively and efficiently Maintain detailed and accurate security reports and logs Provide a visible and reassuring presence on-site Ensure compliance with all company and legal security policies

The Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a similar security role SIA Licence essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle incidents calmly and effectively Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Flexible with shift patterns (4 on 4 off rota) A team player who can also work independently
