About the Role
At Sodexo, our onsite Security Officers play a key part in ensuring the safety of our client's premises, staff, and visitors. Based at Diageo Broxburn, you'll be responsible for delivering a professional and vigilant security presence, providing reassurance and protection in line with site procedures.
You'll work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, supporting security operations across the site and maintaining high standards of professionalism, discretion, and customer service.
Main Responsibilities
Provide visible and effective security at the site entrance and across designated areas.
Monitor CCTV, conduct patrols, and complete access control procedures.
Respond to alarms and incidents, escalating where appropriate.
Deliver excellent customer service to all staff, visitors, and contractors.
Complete site documentation and reporting accurately.
Work flexibly to support the wider security team where needed.
Ideal Candidate
Holds a valid SIA Door Supervisor or SIA Manned Guarding Licence.
Must be aged 18 or over (due to licensing requirements).
Holds a full UK driving licence.
Eligible to complete 5-year security vetting.
Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
