We're looking for a reliable and professional

Security Officer

to join our team, at a well-established site in

Burton Latimer, Kettering

. You'll be a key part of the on-site team, helping maintain a safe and secure environment, monitoring access, and providing a visible presence throughout your shift.

Shift Pattern

Thursday to Sunday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Alternate Wednesday Nights: 18:00 - 06:00 Plus overtime and holiday cover as needed

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols and ensure all access points are secure Control access and egress to site, logging vehicle and visitor movements Maintain accurate records and incident logs Act as a visible and professional deterrent Report health and safety issues or unusual activity promptly Liaise with the control room and emergency services if required

Requirements - All Essential

Valid

SIA Licence

(Security Guarding, Door Supervision or Close Protection) A full 5-year checkable work/education history Strong written and spoken communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 60 per week
