As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for the safety and security of The Arc Shopping Centre, its tenants and customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Description of Duties:

Patrolling of a shopping centre including the surrounding area Performing regular health and safety checks Providing a safe environment for shoppers in all public areas Liaising with Store Managers and local authorities Regular and accurate report writing Dealing with first aid situations Carrying out any other reasonable management requests Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times

Experience/Skill Requirements:

A valid SIA licence and First Aid certification - For the right candidate Westgrove may be willing to provide Training in order to obtain a licence A valid CCTV is desirable Honesty, Integrity, good communication skills A flexible and responsible approach to the job A level of good customer service The ability to work Independently and as part of a team A willingness to learn and take training opportunities when offered Reliability and enthusiasm for the role
