Job Description
We are currently recruiting a reliable Relief Security Officer, to work at a variety of static sites, across the Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend and Llantrisant areas.
Duties:
Ensure the protection of staff, visitors and property of the site. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect any signs of intrusion. Follow site specific assignment instructions. Investigate disturbances and incidents, and report any findings. Escort and assist visitors upon instruction. Respond to alarms and calls for assistance. To ensure a courteous and efficient service to users of the service at all times.
Requirements:
Hold an SIA License (door supervisor or security guard) Driving License is essential Have the right to work in the UK Experience in security work Good communication skills Ability to lone work A flexible attitude A driving licence is essential
Times of Work:
This role is to cover holidays, sickness, and temporary contracts at various locations each week. Covering 12 hour shifts, Monday -Sunday, (Usually 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am).
WEEKLY PAY
Candidates must hold a current SIA License. You must also be able to provide a full checkable 5 year work or back to school history.
