Main Duties

• Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver industry leading customer service standards
+ Establish and maintain a secure environment free from criminal activity and associated concerns for customers and colleagues
+ Effectively address disruptive behavior and establish professional relationships with relevant individuals
+ Interact with members of the public in a professional, welcoming manner
+ Assist visitors and the public with inquiries courteously and efficiently, demonstrating superior customer service
+ Collaborate with law enforcement and crime reduction partnerships to minimize in-store incidents
+ Utilise Body Worn CCTV equipment to enhance crime prevention efforts and promote colleague and customer safety

Mitie is currently recruiting experienced Security Professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and asset protection while maintaining a visible security presence that mitigates disruptive behavior, ensuring a safe environment for both colleagues and customers.
Requirements: Valid SIA licence is mandatory.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Security Services, Military, or Law Enforcement
