Job Description

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and property. Your primary duties will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, monitoring surveillance cameras, and ensuring all security procedures are adhered to. You will be responsible for responding promptly to alarms and incidents, de-escalating situations when necessary, and reporting any suspicious activities or safety hazards to management. Maintaining accurate and detailed logs of daily activities and incidents is also a crucial aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a security or law enforcement role, possess excellent observational skills, and demonstrate sound judgment in high-pressure situations. You should be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a valid security license is preferred. Candidates must be physically fit, able to stand or walk for extended periods, and willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
