We are Hiring: Enduring Retail Security Officer
? Location: Knutsford, WA16
? Pay: 13.15 per hour
? Hours: 6 on, 3 Off - 56 hours (days and nights)

You're not just standing guard-you're a trusted protector, a first responder, and a vital part of a world-class team safeguarding a prestigious corporate client on a picturesque 34-acre site.
As a Security Officer, you'll be the central point of contact for all incidents, delivering the highest levels of customer service while embodying our core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Your good attitude and physical fitness will be essential for long patrols across the expansive grounds, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence.
This site offers on-site parking and a restaurant, making it a comfortable and professional environment to work in. You'll be expected to respond swiftly and effectively to any situation-because in an emergency, you'll already be present, ready, and trained to take appropriate action.

You'll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

Provide a proactive approach to all security related issues throughout the duration of the duty.
Responding to identifiable threats, incidents, or colleague wellbeing support when required
Maintain constant and appropriate communications with the Joint Operation Centre, be it through radio, tablet, or other tech appliances.
Highest level of Bearing and deportment, alert, inquisitive, visible, and always have a strong security presence.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who sees a different world-someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you'll have:

SIA Licence- DS/CP
Right to work in the UK
5-year checkable work history
Able to stand for extended periods of time and perform long foot patrols (34 acre site)
Strong customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Customer Service experience.
Good organisational skills.
Reliable and customer focused with a commitment to exemplary service.
Dependant on Location - Ability to acquire Enhanced DBS checks.
