Role Purpose:
As a key member of the Elephant Central Security team, your primary responsibility is to protect the premises, assets, personnel, and visitors at Elephant Central
Responsibilities
Carry out security operations in accordance with Elephant Central Security Policies and Assignment Instructions, providing excellent customer service to ensure a safe and secure living environment.
Conduct regular patrols and respond to issues identified.
Patrol and guard varies positions around the estate.
Cover the security control room if and when required.
Assist with emergency response and business continuity plans for fire, fire alarm activations, power failure, bomb threats and other such incidents, including escalation to out of hour's service providers and emergency services.
Help, communication, and support with first aid incidents, contacting emergency services and completing appropriate in-house incident reports.
Respond to alarms and investigate all disturbances
Providing support to Elephant Central residents, visitors, guiding or escorting as needed.
Work in collaboration with the Metropolitan Police and Safer Neighbourhood Teams.

Undertake any other duty as requested by the Line Manager or acting Line Manager as might be expected or required, including assistance with ad-hoc projects.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Fit and healthy.
Possesses a proactive and can-do attitude.
CCTV Operator & SIA License.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum of one year's previous security experience.
Previous Security industry experience - Military, Police, Private.
