Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious construction project in East London. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for implementing security protocols and ensuring the safety of our premises, staff, and visitors. This is a critical role that requires strong communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Signing in and out visitors, adding contractors to access control system
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, including conducting investigations as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Must Haves:
SIA DS Licence CSCS Card High level of IT Literacy Emergency 1st Aid at Work Experience in incident management, fire systems and emergency protocols Experience in operating and maintaining Datascope access control system
Desirables:
CCTV Licence
Shift Pattern:
Mon to Fri 06:30-18:30 (60hrs per week) with occasional Saturday working
Rate:
13.15/hr
